By maximizing our well-being to live active productive lives means having a fully-functioning healthy body to sustain us through our youth, adulthood, and retirement age—in fact, way past retirement age. As Latter Day Saints we know this to be true. How many of us actively are working towards eating more healthy? I hope all of us are!
